Any store credit in your account will be automatically applied to your next payable transaction. In other words, once an order in your account enters the billing stage, your store credit will automatically be used to help pay for your order. This includes any shipping cost on your order, or your Private Warehouse shipment cost!
Because the system is automatic, you won't be able to select your store credit during the checkout process. Don't worry, though -- as long as you have store credit on your account, it will be applied to your order. You'll be able to confirm the amount of store credit used in the "Payment Received" message you receive from us, confirming your completed payment.
If the amount of your store credit is not enough to cover the full cost of your transaction, we'll charge your payment method for the remainder. If the amount of your store credit is greater than the full cost of your transaction, the leftover store credit will remain in your account for future use.
