Shipping countries are not able to be changed through your My Account page, but a customer support agent can help you with this.
First, please log in and change all the details in your address that you can. (Please refer to this article for details about updating your shipping address.) Then, contact us to tell us that you have updated your address, and the country to which you'll be changing. After a customer support agent has assisted you, please log in again to double-check your address and make any final changes.
We highly recommend that you make any address changes before placing a new order or shipping Private Warehouse items. Otherwise, there is a risk that your package will ship before a customer support agent can assist you, due to timezone differences and email volume.
Because shipping costs are calculated based on the country in your address, it's possible that your shipping costs will change when you change your country. Customers will be responsible for paying any difference in shipping costs.
Customers changing their address to ship within Japan will have to pay Japanese consumption tax of 8% on their order.
