Before we have billed your order, you can freely remove items from your order from your My Account page. Simply find your order in the "Open Orders" section and click the "View/Edit" button.
After your order enters processing, changes are limited. Items can only be removed by contacting HLJ customer support, and by assuring that payment does not clear on the order before we can complete your request. Please note that only full line items can be removed. In other words, we cannot reduce quantities.
No changes can be made to any order once its shipping cost is paid and it has entered shipping processing. Please be certain to remove any unwanted items before your order has been paid.
