If your order has not been billed:
- Use My Account to find your order, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
If your order has a payment error:
- First, please ensure that payment will not clear on your order. Then, contact us for a customer service representative to make the change.
If payment has cleared on your order:
- Private Warehouse orders: There is no shipping method for Private Warehouse orders. You can arrange a shipment from your My Account's Private Warehouse page, and choose your shipping method at that time.
- Ship Now orders: Changes are unfortunately not possible at this stage.
The same rules apply to Private Warehouse shipments. In other words, once paid, we cannot change your shipping method. However, if your Private Warehouse shipment encounters a payment error, first please ensure that payment will not clear on your order. Then, contact us for a customer service representative to make the change.
