If you have a charge from us but haven't received a notice yet about our receipt of your payment, please make sure your email provider doesn't think our automated emails (sent from email@example.com) are spam. A record of the most recent messages we've e-mailed you is also available to see in My Account. HobbyLink Japan never charges until items are here and the order can be processed.
If you're seeing a charge from us and your order has not been processed, then it is possible that you are seeing a charge from us for an earlier order. It can occasionally take one or two months before charges appear on your card statement.
If you still feel that we have placed an inappropriate charge on your account, please contact us with the order number and explain the problem. We will investigate the matter promptly and make any corrections that need to be made.
