I've been charged for an unprocessed order


If you have a PayPal Billing Agreement and see a charge from us via PayPal, but haven't received a notice yet about our receipt of your payment, please make sure your email provider doesn't think our automated emails (sent from orders@hlj.com) are spam. A record of the most recent messages we've emailed you is also available to see in My Account. HobbyLink Japan never charges until items are here and the order can be processed.

If you're seeing a charge from us via PayPal, and your order has not been processed, then it is possible that you are seeing a charge from us via PayPal for an earlier order. It can take one or two months before charges appear on your card statement.

If you still feel that we have placed an inappropriate charge on your account via PayPal, please contact us with the charge's PayPal Unique Transaction ID and explain the problem. We will investigate the matter promptly and make any corrections that need to be made.
