Please contact us and tell us exactly what you received (if you are not able to identify it, a photo of the item and your telling us its barcode number will be helpful), and what you should have received instead. We'll check our records on this end and confirm whether or not a mistake was made. If there was, we'll either ask you to send back the incorrect item (if we do, we'll credit you for the postage), or let you keep it, and then ship you the correct item at no additional cost.
Should the correct merchandise not be available for some reason, we will of course offer you a full refund.
