Start by checking your spam or junk email folders! Thanks to spammers, legitimate email -- such as the order information sent from hlj.com -- is often misfiled. To make matters worse, some Internet service providers (such as Comcast in the United States) are known to be arbitrarily blocking email from ISPs they consider to be spammers without telling their subscribers that their mail is being blocked!
Second, log into your account through the My Account system and check the Recent Account Activity display at the bottom of the Account Overview page. If there's no record of an email having been sent to you there, please contact us.
