Shipping Private Warehouse items

To have items shipped from your Private Warehouse, you will need to do the following:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. On the next page, click on the orange "Go to Private Warehouse" button.
  3. On the next page, as the directions say, "to add something to a new shipment, click the plus sign to the right of any of the products shown in your Private Warehouse, or choose 'Add Everything.'"
  4. Select the shipping method in the box below the box showing the item selected. Once you have done that, click on "Review Order," and then be sure to follow all other instructions the site gives you.

Once you choose the items you want shipped and click on the "Ship" button, the shipping fees for that shipment will be charged to you, and your shipment will be on its way once payment is confirmed! Remember, these items are in stock and have already been paid for, so when you ship from your Private Warehouse, you're only paying for the shipping fees.

If you make a mistake in creating a Private Warehouse shipment, we can manually cancel the shipment for you (contact us) if the oldest item was in Private Warehouse 53 days or less and the shipping cost has not yet been paid.

A Private Warehouse shipment that has not yet had its shipping cost paid cannot be altered if any of its contents were in Private Warehouse longer then 53 days, or if it is an automated shipment of items in Private Warehouse longer than 60 days. In these cases, the shipment can either be shipped, or cancelled and its contents returned to stock for store credit of 85% of the item amount.
