Can I substitute items in my order?

We're very sorry, but it is not possible to substitute, switch, exchange, trade, or change an ordered item for a different item.

If you no longer want an item in an open order, please use My Account to cancel the unwanted item. You will need to place a new order for the item you want.

If you no longer want an item in an order awaiting your payment, please do not pay, but contact us to have us manually cancel the item from your order. You will need to place a new order for the item you want.

If you no longer want an item in Private Warehouse, you can return it. You will need to place a new order for the item you want.
