Japan Post has announced a temporary stoppage of all postal services (EMS and AIR) outbound to the following countries due to the current Coronavirus pandemic:

For Customers with items in their Private Warehouse
We've temporarily switched off the automatic shipping for your Private Warehouse, meaning you will be able to keep any current and future purchases you make with us in your Private Warehouse until the situation calms down and you are ready to have your orders shipped again, especially if your preferred shipping method is currently unavailable. For Customers whose packages have already been shipped
The Japan Post has informed us that packages that have already been shipped prior to the announcement will still be delivered, although they have advised that customers should be prepared for a longer than expected ship time.
Unfortunately as we do not know the exact nature of Japan Post's operations, we kindly ask for your understanding that we would be unable to provide you any information aside from what they announce to us.
