Our customer support team will be operating on a limited schedule during the 2022 Golden Week Holidays here in Japan between April 29th and May 5th.
Orders can be placed as usual during the Golden Week Holidays and full customer support will resume on May 6th.
On May 3rd, May 4th, and May 5th packages handled by Japan Post (EMS, AIR, Surface) will ship, while FedEx and DHL will not be operating. However, we at HLJ will be here preparing your packages to go out first thing on the next business day! Please feel free to order as normal and we will ship orders out first come first serve.
