Our customer support team will be operating on a limited schedule during the 2025 Golden Week Holidays here in Japan between May 3rd and May 6th.
Orders can be placed as usual during Golden Week, and full customer support will resume on May 7th.
While many of our shipping methods will also take a break during this time (please check chart below), we at HLJ will be here preparing your packages to go out first thing on the next business day!
We won't be preparing shipments or shipping anything out on May 4th and 5th, but please feel free to order as normal and we will ship orders out first come first serve.
