Holiday Shipping and Customer Service Information 2024

It’s that time of the year again! The Post Office and other couriers will be off for a few days for the New Year’s holidays in Japan. HLJ will be working over the holiday to prepare your items so they can out ASAP after the break, but please note that packages will not leave our warehouse until the Post Office and couriers resume operations after their holiday period. Check below to see when your package will ship out. All dates below are in JST.

〇 Shipping as usual.

✖ No shipping, however we will have staff present to prepare shipments for when shipping does resume.

△ Limited shipping until 12:30 PM of that day.

Note: On December 28-30-31 and January 3-4, our staff will be picking ECMS packages, but shipments won't be going out until we fully resume services from January 6th. Since ECMS packages are picked up every Thursday, packages will be going out from January 9th. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Shipping Notes:

  • You will still be able to create shipments during the brief period when couriers are not in service, and we will prepare them for pickup. Once shipping operations resume, we will push to get everything out as soon as possible.
  • In Stock 3-5 Days products will likely take longer than usual to come into stock to fill your order.
