What does it mean if stock status changes after I've ordered an item?

Follow

Usually, this simply means that your order affected our stock levels and the stock status was changed to reflect this.

If your item is In Stock:

Once you place an order, the stock status of an item may change if your order was the last one we had in stock. If you receive a confirmation of payment within 24 hours of placing your order, then you can be assured that your order has been processed successfully. Even if the stock status of the item changes to out of stock, backordered, or discontinued, this will not affect any orders on your account that have already been paid for. If you do not receive confirmation of payment within 24 hours, we recommend that you contact us for more information about your order.

If your item is In Stock 3-5 days:

If your order reserved the last of the available stock, the item will been set to backordered or discontinued. Although the stock status has been updated, this does not effect to your order which is currently on its way to HLJ. Generally it takes up to 3-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse where it will then enter your Private Warehouse. You will be notified when the item enters your Private Warehouse via email.

If your item is a preorder:
A preordered item that has changed to order stop is still safe in your account. The order stop status only prevents new orders from being placed, and does not affect current orders.
