I received the wrong items


If you have received the wrong item in your order, please contact us immediately with a clear description of what you received and what should have been in the order. Whenever possible, please provide photos of:

  • The box your order came in
  • The invoice
  • The item in question

Once we receive this information, we will review our records and determine if an error has occurred. If it is our mistake, we will either ask you to return the incorrect item (we will reimburse you for the postage), or allow you to keep it, and ship the correct item at no additional cost.

In the event that the correct item is unavailable for any reason, we will offer a full refund. We take mistakes seriously and will do everything we can to make it right for you. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
