My order shipped without authorization

Placing an order with us is your authorization to charge you for the order and ship it. The My Account system will allow you to cancel an unwanted item or order any time before it enters payment processing.

HobbyLink Japan ships orders to customers when any one of these things occurs:

  • You select "Ship Now / Ship When Available" during checkout.
  • You request shipping of items from your Private Warehouse.
  • More than 60 days pass from the time an item was paid for and placed in your Private Warehouse. 
  • Preordered or backordered items come into stock, and you selected "Ship Now / Ship When Available" when you placed the order.
