Returning unwanted items sent to you: Unwanted items may be returned for a full refund (to PayPal or as store credit) under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 10 days of receiving a package to request a return
  • You do not return an item before receiving authorization from us to do so
  • Returned items are in "saleable" condition
  • Blister pack, blind box, gashapon, or other randomly-packed items remain factory sealed (opened items will not be refunded)

Please be aware that the cost of shipping will never be compensated in the case of your return of an unwanted item.

A package returned to us by the post office as undeliverable or unclaimed, or a package refused by the addressee for any reason, is not an authorized return. As such, it may not be eligible for a refund of the cost of merchandise, at our discretion. 

The cost of shipping will never be compensated in the case of a package returned to us by the post office as undeliverable or unclaimed, or a package refused by the addressee for any reason. If your package has incurred freight charges for its return to us, you are responsible for reimbursing us for those charges.

Returning damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent to you: These may be returned for a full refund (through PayPal or as store credit) with compensated shipping under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 10 days of receiving a package to request a return
  • You do not return an item before receiving authorization from us to do so

We reserve the right to reject claims of manufacturing defects in cases of obvious user abuse.

Returning paid but unshipped items in Private Warehouse: These may be returned for a full refund (through PayPal or as store credit) if you contact us to request the refund within 10 days from the original date of your payment. After 10 days, the item can only be returned for an 85% refund (due to our 15% restocking fee), issued only as store credit. 

About refunds: All refunds will be made in Japanese Yen. HobbyLink Japan does not cover any fees charged by your credit card company or PayPal when processing refunds.
