At HLJ, we want to make sure that you get the items you want as soon as possible, which is why any orders that can be filled will enter payment processing within 24 hours. However, we also understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you might need a little extra time to make a payment.
If you need more time to make a payment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work together to find a solution. We have a grace period of 7 days for payment to clear, but we do request that you keep us informed about the situation if more time is needed.
Please keep in mind that if payment cannot be processed within 7 days of entering payment processing, the order will be canceled automatically, and your account will be disabled. We don't want this to happen, so if you're having any temporary payment issues, please contact us right away.
In extreme circumstances, we may be able to work with you on an extended payment deadline. If you need an extension, please contact us and we'll be happy to review your case. However, please understand that customers who frequently request extensions and fail to meet the deadlines may be denied future extensions.
We're always happy to help our customers with payment issues to the best of our ability, but we also want to be fair to all of our customers. Multiple payment extensions can be unfair to those who can pay for orders immediately and also want to purchase items. Additionally, keeping track of extensions for multiple customers can be a difficult task. Ultimately, it's the responsibility of the customer to ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.
