If you're ready to ship your Private Warehouse items and our shipping tool isn't showing any shipping options, there are a few reasons you may not be able to ship:
- There might be an oversized item in your shipment which cannot be shipped through the Private Warehouse shipping tool. Please contact customer support directly for assistance.
- You may have too many items in your shipment. If the volume of your desired shipment exceeds the dimensions of our largest box, we can't pack all of your items. Try removing some items from your shipment until shipping options begin to appear again.
Please note that the Private Warehouse shipment tool can only be used to arrange one package at a time.
