Payment Problem Notices

Follow

If you're received an e-mail from us titled "Payment Problem Notice," this is an indication that there has been a problem with your payment method that has prevented us from charging you.

If you are paying with a PayPal Billing Agreement in Japanese yen, please contact PayPal's customer support directly. Your billing information for this type of Billing Agreement is stored with PayPal, and so they will have to assist you. Once you have contacted PayPal to resolve the problem, please notify HobbyLink Japan's customer support to assure your transaction is completed smoothly.

If you are paying with a PayPal Billing Agreement in another currency, please contact us directly. We should be able to assist you with troubleshooting the issue.

If you are paying with a credit card, please first make sure that you have funds available on your card. Then, contact your credit card provider or bank to make sure there are no limitations preventing the transaction. After taking these steps, if the issue is not resolved, please contact us directly for further assistance.

If seven days pass from the time we first attempted to charge you, with no payment and no contact from you, please understand that order and all of your open (unbilled) and billed but unpaid orders will be cancelled. Your HLJ account, and any related HLJ accounts, will also be disabled until you contact us again. If you are having a temporary payment problem, please contact us as quickly as possible to prevent these penalties.
