Payment Problem Notices


If you're received an e-mail from us titled "Payment Problem Notice," this is an indication that there has been a problem with your PayPal Billing Agreement that has prevented us from charging you.

To resolve any problems that have caused a payment problem, please contact PayPal's customer support directly. HobbyLink Japan does not keep customer billing information on file and cannot determine the cause of Billing Agreement problems.

Once you have contacted PayPal to resolve the problem, please notify HobbyLink Japan's customer support to assure your transaction is completed smoothly.
