Can you personalize my package?


We work hard to to expedite our shipping process and get all of our customers' packages out the door as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because of this, we are unable to take special requests to personalize packages, including:

  • Writing anything on the box itself that is not included on the label (a message, note to the postal service, phone number, etc.)

  • Including a personal note, birthday card, or other message inside the package

  • Signing/autographing the package or its contents

  • Removing an item from its original packaging or altering product package contents in any way
  • Shipping orders in special packaging or specific box sizes

Unfortunately, we are also unable to control whether or not you will be asked to sign for your delivery. Please ask your local post office or courier if you'll be asked for your signature when your package arrives.
