How do I close my account?


Accounts can only be closed by speaking with a customer service representative. Please understand that in order to close an account, there must be no orders currently on file. Please first cancel any open orders in your account, and work with a customer service representative regarding any items stored in your private warehouse.

Once your account with us is closed, you will no longer be able to login, access your order history, place new orders, or receive order-related email from us.
