Can I change my Private Warehouse shipment?

In general, changes cannot be made to a Private Warehouse shipment after it has been created. We attempt to charge your payment source immediately after your shipment is created, and if the payment clears, we can make no changes to the shipment. Changes include but are not limited to: adding items, removing items, and changing the shipping method.
 
If the oldest item in your Private Warehouse shipment has been held for fewer than 53 days, we might be able to assist you. Please assure that payment does not clear on your shipment, read our information about shipping from your Private Warehouse, and then contact us right away for assistance.
