    My account has been suspended for 3 days and I have submitted numerous requests for a follow up in order to solve the problem but so far no contact from HLJ. I believe it should be a easy one to fix. Could somebody help me out?

We do our best to address new messages as quickly as possible, however, response time can vary due to business hours, office closures (weekend & holiday), and volume of e-mail received.     Hello my account has been suspended I imagine it was for the failure to pay a shipping order what happens is that I had a few problems with my bank account some time and send mail to solve this problem since yesterday very early but not yet I receive a reply and I would like to pay the products that were pending payment and send it along with the other products that are already paid
