Our customer support and logistics team will be operating on a limited schedule during the 2025 Obon Holidays here in Japan between August 11th to August 18th.
Orders can be placed as usual during these 5 days, and full customer support will resume on August 18th.
However, we at HLJ will still be here preparing your packages to go out first thing! Please feel free to order as normal and we will ship orders out first come first serve.
We would also like to remind you that we are currently undergoing warehouse changes, so shipments are currently delayed. If you wish to receive your item soon, then we suggest waiting a bit more until our situation has improved.
