We are sorry to inform you that Japan Post has temporarily suspended airmail service to Canada, due to the current Canada Post Strike. The official announcement can be read here:

Due to this matter, we will sadly have to suspend shipments via Japan Post to Canada. The affected shipping methods will be: Air Small Packet, Air Registered, Air Parcel and Surface Parcel.
Unfortunately, we can expect shipments headed to Canada via these methods to possibly be returned back to us, and all shipments currently being processed will be cancelled. For any of these scenarios, we will be contacting any affected customers. We are truly sorry for the inconveniences.
Alternative Shipping Options
If you need to send a shipment to Canada urgently, we recommend using one of our alternative shipping options, such as FedEx, DHL and HLJ Quick Pack (please be aware that HLJ Quick Pack shipments will be forwarded to UPS once they land in Canada).
