Dear Customer,
Thank you for your continued support of HobbyLink Japan.
Due to further additional changes to the United States of America’s international shipping policies and Tariff procedures, we have been required to temporarily suspend our remaining available shipping methods to the US.
This decision arrives as a result of JP Post’s decision to temporarily suspend service to the US pending the development of a system for charging tariffs to US recipients. As a result, we have made the decision to stop taking shipping requests to the US.
By 12:00pm JST, August 26th 2025, we will temporarily suspend our remaining US shipping methods as a temporary measure.
In addition, all of our resources are being diverted to sending as many waiting orders to the US as possible by the deadline.
Any orders that have requested shipment that have not been sent by the end of the day will be returned to the Private Warehouse with no limitations on storage until a suitable shipping method becomes available again. Full support will be provided to these customers, and we anticipate that this will be a temporary problem and that we will be able to re-establish a US shipping method soon.
At the moment, we are working to re-establish shipping methods for the US as soon as possible. Once a new shipping method becomes available, we will contact all US customers in new notice regarding the resumption of service.
Orders for future products can continue to be placed by US customers as usual, and there will be no restrictions on the amount of time newly released products can be stored using the Private Warehouse feature. In addition, all existing Private Warehouse orders from US customers will be kept safe by us until shipping resumes.
We hope to report about the resumption of shipping service to the US as soon as possible,
We appreciate your patience and continued support of HobbyLink Japan,
Kind regards,
HLJ Team
