We're pleased to announce that we've restored the DHL shipping method for customers in the United States of America. This comes after a suspension whilst we waited for a method to integrate the collection of all applicable duties and fees.
Customers based in the United States can now select the DHL shipping method when creating a new 'ship now' order or shipment from Private Warehouse, with 5% OFF the standard shipping fee already applied at the checkout. At the checkout, you will be charged for shipping fees and all applicable duties and handling fees.
Please note that these fees are required to comply with US regulations on international shipping and are charged by the courier services, not HobbyLink Japan.
Please note that the correct shipping fees will not display unless a United States address has been entered into your address book first. Please make sure your address is correct, as correct fee calculation is based on this.
We understand these additional fees may not be ideal for customers, so we also welcome customers who would like to utilise our Private Warehouse, which is now unlimited!
We are also working on restoring additional methods, such as FedEx, in the near future.
