Why can’t I cancel or refund items in my Private Warehouse?

From October 1st, 2025, HobbyLink Japan’s cancellation policy has changed.

  • Items already in your Private Warehouse cannot be cancelled or refunded anymore.

  • Orders for items that are over the cut-off date cannot be cancelled as well.

  • This applies to all orders, including preorders that have already arrived in your Warehouse.

  • If you no longer want an item, you will need to ship it out.

Why did this change happen?

We updated our policy to make our system fairer and easier for everyone. This change was announced on September 2025 by email to all customers and on our Help Center:

What can still be cancelled?

  • Orders for items that aren't past the cut-off date can still be cancelled.
