You can use it to ship your Private Warehouse or new In Stock orders!
We're pleased to let our customers now that FedEx is back as a shipping option for US customers.
From October 7th, 18:00 FedEx International Connect Plus will be available for all US customers to choose at the checkout when shipping a new 'Ship Now' order or when shipping from the Private Warehouse.
Due to US regulations on international shipping, this requires us to collect additional duties and handling fees at the checkout. These fees are not set by HLJ, but rather by the courier services who are required to manage the tariffs.
We appreciate the cost of additional handling fees may be inconvenient, so we have also reduced the base price of the shipping fee at the checkout. This will last until October 17th to begin with, but we may extend if we can secure an even better rate for our customers.
In addition to FedEx, DHL is also still available as a shipping method for US customers.
Finally, we also have Private Warehouse Unlimited - for those who don't want to ship right now, we reset the timer of everything in the Private Warehouse in October, giving everyone a free 6 months of storage and unlimited storage beyond that. You can store as long as you need to with the Private Warehouse - we'll keep your stuff safe and sound for as long as you need.
For now though, if you want to ship to the US, please take advantage of our new shipping options!
