Notice Regarding Japan Post Air Small Shipping Services

Japan Post has informed us that the Air Small Packet (Registered) service will be discontinued from December 31.

In response to this change, and to prevent any orders from being delayed or left unshipped, we have temporarily disabled Air Small Packet (Registered) on our website.

Additionally, while Air Small Packet (Unregistered) itself is not being discontinued by Japan Post, we have decided to disable this shipping method as well. This service does not provide a tracking number, and as a result, it does not allow us to reliably track shipments or submit claims in the event that a package is lost. To ensure a more secure and dependable shipping experience for our customers, we have determined that this method is no longer suitable.

We are aware that Japan Post continues to offer a closely comparable shipping service, and we are currently working with them to implement this alternative on our website. Our aim is to make this new option available by the beginning of the new year. We will provide an additional announcement once this method has been fully implemented.

In the meantime, to help you avoid selecting higher-cost shipping options, we kindly recommend keeping your items stored with us until the new service becomes available.
