We are currently experiencing a system issue that may have caused duplicate charges for some payments made today after approximately 3:00 PM (JST).

Our team is actively investigating the cause of this issue with our payment provider and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

As a precaution, we have temporarily paused shipments and/or order fulfillment to prevent any further payment issues.

What this means for you:

  • If you placed an order after 3:00 PM (JST), please check your payment method for duplicate charges.
  • Any duplicate charges will be fully refunded. No action is required on your end at this time.
