We are pleased to announce that shipping services to affected destinations in the Middle East have resumed!
Due to temporary service suspensions by Japan Post and other shipping restrictions affecting the region, we previously disabled unavailable shipping methods for customers in affected countries. During this period, we also suspended storage fees for customers who were unable to ship their items due to the lack of available shipping options.
As shipping services are now available again, customers with items currently stored in their Private Warehouse can once again arrange shipment to eligible destinations in the Middle East.
Resumption of Storage Fees
With the restoration of shipping services, the temporary suspension of storage fees for affected customers will also come to an end.
Storage fees will begin applying again from next month.
We strongly recommend that customers with items currently in storage review their Private Warehouse and arrange shipment before storage fees begin to apply.
Please note that available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination, package size, weight, and other carrier restrictions. The shipping methods currently available for your order will be displayed when creating a shipment from your Private Warehouse.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while shipping services to the region were suspended, and we are happy to once again be able to offer shipping to our customers in the Middle East.
