Holiday Shipping and Customer Service Information 2025

It’s that time of the year again! The Post Office and other couriers will be off for a few days for the New Year’s holidays in Japan. HLJ will be working over the holiday to prepare your items so they can out ASAP after the break, but please note that packages will not leave our warehouse until the Post Office and couriers resume operations after their holiday period.

We would also like to take this opportunity to apologize again for the delays caused our warehouse expansion. Regrettably, our estimated schedule went much further than we had expected, and we completely understand that this is our responsibility. If you have a shipment that has been waiting to go out for a long time, please feel free to contact us any time at support@hlj.com.

Shipping Notes:

• You will still be able to create shipments during the brief period when couriers are not in service, and we will prepare them for pickup. Once shipping operations resume, we will push to get everything out as soon as possible.
• In Stock 3-5 Days products will likely take longer than usual to come into stock to fill your order.
